A booking request collects your name, email address, phone number, and the details of the assignment: the sport, the service, the dates, the location, the time, the number of games, the type of game, and the fee you propose if you offer one.

The contact form collects your name, email address, and your message. The newsletter form collects your email address and nothing else.

A merchandise order is handled by Stripe Checkout, which collects your payment, billing, and shipping details on its own pages. Card numbers never reach this site.

Booking requests and contact messages are emailed to Charnez L Perkins Sr and stored so that nothing is lost between a request arriving and it being answered. They are used to reply to you and to arrange the assignment — nothing else.

Newsletter addresses are used to send occasional updates about the officiating season, camps, and clinics. Every send includes a way to stop receiving them.

Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for anyone else's advertising.

Four services process data on this site's behalf: Vercel hosts the site, Neon stores booking requests and site content in a Postgres database, Stripe processes payments and holds the product catalog, and Resend delivers email. Each one is bound by its own privacy terms and uses the data only to provide its service.

The gallery page embeds TikTok's video player. When a clip loads, TikTok receives the request and may set its own cookies and collect usage data under its privacy policy. Pages without a clip load nothing from TikTok.

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking scripts.

Two things are remembered in your own browser's local storage and are never sent anywhere: your shopping cart, and which colour theme you picked in the footer. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Booking requests and bookings are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards as a record of work done, then deleted. Contact messages live in email. Order records are held by Stripe for as long as its own retention and tax rules require.

This site is not directed at children. Bookings for youth contests are made by the adults running them — coaches, assigners, league officers, and parents — and the site does not knowingly collect information from a child.

This policy was last updated on October 24, 2026. If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it.
