Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

Officiating and merchandise work differently: one is agreed and settled directly, the other is paid for online. Both are covered below.

Cancelling a booking request

A request that has not been confirmed yet can be withdrawn at any time, free, by replying to your request email or writing to the address below. Nothing has been charged at that point.

Cancelling a confirmed assignment

Cancel 48 hours or more before the scheduled start and there is nothing to pay. Inside 48 hours, the agreed fee may be charged in full, because the date has been held and other work turned down for it.

If a contest is called off for weather, facility closure, or a league decision, nothing is charged and the assignment is rescheduled where you want it rescheduled.

If Charnez L Perkins Sr has to cancel, you pay nothing and the assignment is rescheduled or released at your choice.

For a league or season booking, individual postponed dates are rescheduled rather than charged. Cancelling the remainder of a season needs two weeks' notice; games already worked are still payable.

Merchandise returns

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition for a full refund of the item price. Write to the address below first so the return can be expected.

Return shipping is yours to cover unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered — in that case it is covered, and you can have a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Anything made or printed to order is not returnable unless it arrived damaged or wrong.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or payment method used, through Stripe. Stripe typically returns the money to your bank within five to ten business days of the refund being issued. The original shipping charge is refunded only where the whole order was damaged, faulty, or wrong.
