Terms of Service

Submitting the booking form sends a request. It holds nothing and commits neither side until it is confirmed by reply. No payment is taken at the time of a request.

Officiating rates depend on the league, board, or assigner involved, so the prices shown on the site are starting points rather than quotes — $120.00 per game is typical, and the form lets you propose a fee instead. The fee, the dates, and the scope of the assignment are agreed directly with you before anything is owed.

A booking is confirmed once Charnez L Perkins Sr replies to confirm it. Where an assigning body or officials' board is responsible for the assignment, its rules and rates take precedence over anything agreed here.

Services are offered in and around the published service area — Danbury, CT · Charlotte, NC · Clermont, FL. Assignments outside it are worth asking about, and a travel fee of $25.00 may apply.

Officiating is provided by a certified official registered with the boards listed on the memberships page. Charnez L Perkins Sr applies the rulebook of the sanctioning body for the contest in question, and judgment calls made during a contest are final and are not grounds for a refund.

If a confirmed assignment cannot be worked because of illness, injury, weather, facility closure, or a conflicting assignment, you will be told as soon as possible and the assignment will be rescheduled or released at no charge.

Merchandise is sold through Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown in US dollars and a flat $8.00 shipping charge is added at checkout. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe where it applies.

Stock is tracked where quantities are set, but an item can still sell out between the page loading and your order going through. If something you paid for is unavailable, you will be refunded in full.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Where a fee is settled directly rather than through the site, Venmo and Cash App are also accepted.

The Quik Feet Officiating name, logo, photography, and written content on this site belong to Quik Feet Officiating LLC. Video clips are hosted on TikTok and remain subject to TikTok's own terms. Please don't reuse any of it commercially without asking first.

Logos and names of officiating boards, leagues, and partner businesses belong to those organizations and appear here to show membership or affiliation, not to imply their endorsement of this site.

Quik Feet Officiating LLC is responsible for providing officiating services with reasonable skill and care. It is not responsible for injuries sustained by participants, for the conduct of players, coaches, or spectators, or for decisions made by leagues and assigning bodies. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount paid for the service or item in question.

The site is provided as it is. Availability shown on the booking calendar is a best effort and is not a guarantee that a date is free.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
